General Terms and Conditions (Group Rules):
1. All sales are final.
2. By bidding on an item, you agree to purchase it if your bid is the highest. Bidding is done by sending a text message into the chat with a number.
3. Worldwide flat shipping fee of 25 € (~25 $). Shipping is done with DHL.
4. You can either open a box and collect your pieces and have them shipped in one box to save shipping costs, or you can also ship individual pieces for the above price per shipment.
5. This is a private group by access only. Sharing videos or pictures outside of this group will diminish your own market advantage.
6. We will DM you after you win an auction to process shipping and payment.
7. Payment can be done via Wise, Revolut, Paypal, Bank transfer.
8. If you have any problems with shipping, the minerals you have purchased, or any other related issues, please contact us directly and we will try to resolve it. By law, we are obliged to accept returns from private customers in the EU for 14 days after you received the order, but we always try to help our international customers as well.
9. Group language is English to be inclusive to everyone.
10. The purchased minerals remain in our possession until they are paid including shipping costs.
11. Shipping will be initiated only after we receive your payment.
12. Failure to finalize your payment after bidding or flaking (=backing out of your sale at the last minute after everything has been confirmed and organized) multiple times can be met with exclusion from the SELECTED group.
13. Legal liability for defects applies.
14. Shipping damage should be noted with the delivery company upon receipt. In addition, please contact us as soon as possible to help you with the problem.
15. Personal information you provide to us will be used for payment and shipping purposes. Therefore, personal information must be shared with the shipping and payment provider. All use of personal data will be restricted after the completion of the sales process and will be deleted from our systems after the legal time limit according to German federal law has been reached.

17. As a data subject, you have the following rights:
* in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR, the right to obtain information about your personal data processed by us to the extent specified therein;
* in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR, the right to request the immediate correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data stored by us;
* in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, the right to request the deletion of your personal data stored by us, unless further processing is necessary * to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information
* to comply with a legal obligation;
* for reasons of public interest; or * for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims; * pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR, the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data if
* the accuracy of the data is disputed by you
* the processing is unlawful but you object to its deletion
* we no longer need the data, but you need it for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims; or
* you have objected to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR;
* according to Art. 20 GDPR, the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or to request its communication to another controller
* pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. As a general rule, you may contact the supervisory authority for your usual place of residence or work or our corporate headquarters.
